We will conduct "due diligence" on your behalf to assist you in valuing the property then work hard to get you that property for the lowest possible price.   • Accessibility (via cell phone and email)
  • Your personal information is strictly confidential and will not be shared with any outside organizations.


As your Buyer's Agent, we do not get paid until you close on your sale. It is in our interest to ensure a smooth and timely closing. We appreciate your business and acknowledge that you have many choices when it comes to choosing an agent. In exchange for outstanding service, we ask that we receive professional consideration from our clients. Please keep the following in mind throughout the sales process.
 

  • If you want to know the answer to a question just ask
  • Please provide adequate notice of an appointment cancellation or rescheduling (preferably 24hrs ahead of time)
  • Provide your agent with accurate information regarding what you can afford, what type of property you are looking for, and any special circumstances that factor into your purchase or the timing of the closing
  • Please register us as your Buyer's Agent when attending any open houses by telling the agent you meet that you are already working with an agent
  • Be upfront with us if you are seeing other properties with other agents
