Who We Are


Garden State Realty Group is a Hoboken real estate brokerage firm that specializes in the sale and marketing of condos, single-family homes, multi-family homes, distressed properties, foreclosures, short sales, and mixed-use properties in New Jersey.  GSRG is a veteran-owned business, and a registered HUD broker (Department of Housing and Urban Development).

It is our purpose to provide our clients with professional and reliable service while selling or purchasing their home.

We endeavor to aggressively conduct home searches for our buyers. To this end, we promise to continually update clients on available listings remaining ever reachable by phone or email, provide top notch consulting, and to be a trusted source of advice and experience throughout the purchase process.

While serving sellers, it is our job to get your house sold as quickly as possible and at the best price achievable within a given period of time.  To this end, we promise to use all the tools at our disposal to market your property, coordinate appointments, strenuously negotiate on your behalf, and closely supervise the closing process. We will serve you the way you want us to.  If you are a first time home buyer, we can provide extensive education and consultation.  Just ask us! We pledge not to stand in your way if you are a more experienced buyer or seller.  Tell us what you want.

When Our job as your Buyer's Agent is to use our skills, connections, and experience to help you find a property you will enjoy living in. We will provide strong customer service and consistent follow-up. We will conduct "due diligence" on your behalf to assist you in valuing the property then work hard to get you that property for the lowest possible price. We take pride in upholding the following standards.

  • Due Diligence
  • Prompt return of calls
  • Punctuality
  • Accessibility (via cell phone and email)
  • Your personal information is strictly confidential and will not be shared with any outside organizations.


As your Buyer's Agent, we do not get paid until you close on your sale. It is in our interest to ensure a smooth and timely closing. We appreciate your business and acknowledge that you have many choices when it comes to choosing an agent. In exchange for outstanding service, we ask that we receive professional consideration from our clients. Please keep the following in mind throughout the sales process.
 

  • If you want to know the answer to a question just ask
  • Please provide adequate notice of an appointment cancellation or rescheduling (preferably 24hrs ahead of time)
  • Provide your agent with accurate information regarding what you can afford, what type of property you are looking for, and any special circumstances that factor into your purchase or the timing of the closing
  • Please register us as your Buyer's Agent when attending any open houses by telling the agent you meet that you are already working with an agent
